TriPyramid collaborated on the design of this gallery light source, which features elegant structural details that keep the appearance light while allowing the structure to support the large loads of the glass, and seismic and live loads.

TriPyramid's high strength stainless steel, used for both the tension rods and the compression struts, makes possible the desired lightness and elegance in the details of the support structure.
As
part of the design process, TriPyramid prepared a computer model
of the entire structure, permitting tight tolerances in manufacture
and installation. TriPyramid manufactured all of the support hardware
for the skylight. |
